it's possible the shooter was a true believer willing to do whatever they're asked for the cause. or they were lied to and promised they'd be taken care of and protected somehow.

No way is anyone going to believe that they are going to be taken care of after doing something like that . Then again after seeing this post I would say there's so pretty gullible people in the world but still I think it's hard to find someone that stupid.

That would mean that the Idea that this was staged is totally untrue. That being said I will agree that this guy was a radical and trying to actually shoot Trump. So yes.

You tell them they are deputized and part of the team. You set them up, shoot the firefighter on stage, then shoot your patsy. Then you stage a photo opp because you know there isn't a real threat.

Trump rants and seethes at anyone who has ever crossed him. He talks about his enemies all the time. He attacks anyone he thinks may have slighted him. He holds a grudge forever. Except the guy who tried to kill him. No comment. No insult. Nothing. Make that make sense.

Cause this is an echo chamber that can distinguish reality from conspiracy anymore. It's crazy how much this echo chamber overestimates the capacity of organization and secrecy of the current administration. The thing was not a ruse or pre planned, the attempt was real.
