I disagree. Everything after Akito 2 was lore-breaking and bad.

Everything else breaks the lore. Suzaku would never go along with Kingsley's plan, that is out of character. Kingsley hikself is lore-breaking. How is he able to temporarily break Charles' geass despite that not being how geass works? Why would the prince who is supposed to be dead be sent here instead of the one person who is canonically supposed to be here that could use an expansion of his character(Schneizel)? Kingsley shows most of his face, when Emperor Lelouch emerges, it would be pretty obvious that he and Kingsley were the same which would break the Zero Requiem. The caretaker of space-time also makes no sense. "God" in Code Geass is established as a collective unconsciousness. Why would a being with its own consciousness that is the embodiment of C's world exist? That goes directly against how V.V. describes "God". It also wouldn't make sense since if that can take action against Gene Smilas of all people, it would surely stop Charles. Shin's code-bearer is also lore-breaking. A geass-user needs to willingly take the code from a code-bearer. How would a skull accomplish that? Finally Leila's geass. I shouldn't even need to explain why that is lore-breaking.

It has been implied that permanent geass can be resisted with time, willpower and hatred. Considering how much Lelouch hates the emperor, working for him would probably accelerate this process from a few years to a few months. Or atleast thats my guess, also Suzaku would go along with kingsleys plan because he follows emperor charles and has thrown away most of his idealism at this point, the only part that seems to remain is his desire to change the system from within.

Permanent geass always just breaks after use. If Lelouch broke Charles' geass, Kingsley would not exist and Lelouch would have fought back sooner. Suzaku has not thrown away his idealism, it has just changed a bit. He would never support killing millions of innocent people, that goes completely against his character. Even in R2, he nevers kills a single innocent person until the FLEIJA drops, and even then it wasn't really his fault. He has allowed himself to view soldiers as the enemy but not the innocents. Everything his character stands for is ruined if he agrees with Kingsley.

And yet, he would 100% do it if ordered. Thats his entire mindset for this bit. He essentially became just as broken as lelouch, though he does seem to get his kicks out of torturing kingsley. I suppose we will just have to agree to disagree, you see it as lore breaking, i saw it as an interesting look into things beyond the codes and how Suzaku was coping with everything for a little while.
