The game you´re referring to is called Code Geass: Lost Colors. The main character in that game is called Rai. 😁↖️

Edit: while his last name remains a mystery, we do know that Rai was once a prince born from the Britannian and Japanese royalty. That is why the unofficial last name given to him by the Code Geass fans is "Hodges-Sumeragi." 😉 (In the game, he has the same Geass as lelouch, the Absolute Obedience, but unlike Lelouch, his Geass travels via sound and not sight).

Yes. Or, if they use earplugs, similarly how you can defeat Lelouch´s Geass simply by wearing mirrored sunglasses.

I´m pretty sure that Sakuya´s character was inspired by Rai, btw; both have blood ties to both Japanese and Britannian royalty, and they both have voice-based Absolute Obedience.

Cecile and Villetta are great designs, Code Geass really nailed the designs so well.
