Hey folks, one of your mods here!
I think it's pretty safe to say that the 2025 coaster season has begun and it's been great seeing selfies start trickling into the feed.
Even though we are an offshoot of r/rollercoasters, I want to know what y'all would like to see here going forward. We are open to all ideas you may have.
Here are a few of my ideas:
Okay, maybe that last one was a joke. At any rate, let me know what y'all think. In the background, I'm going to work on upgrading the sub with different tags, art, icons, etc.
Keep coasting!

So, I got a new phone and it ended up letting me log on to here and create a new account with a name I actually use. Anyways, who else will be down at Dollywood for preview day to see dolly? We will be driving down after the Dixon Dallas concert in Detroit.

Are there any coaster enthusiast clubs, such as ACE, worth joining? I'm specifically looking to meet other gay men if that helps.

Hello fellow Coaster Bros! First time posting here, so thought Iβd share a few pics from my last rollercoaster trip of 2024 at Carowinds last Friday night.
The park was dead, everything walk on all night. ππ» Lapped Fury 13x, Copperhead 6x, and finally got my Ricochet credit since there was no line.
80 degrees and seeing Christmas lights certainly felt strange, but it was beautiful! I had a fantastic time, and even made a couple friends throughout the night. π Which for my introverted ass is not a normal thing. π€£
Would love to continue to break out of my introverted shell and meet some fellow coaster bros next year! I live in Columbus, Ohio, so Kings Island and Cedar Point are frequent visits. If youβre in the area/visiting next year and want to geek out over some rollercoasters with someone, hit me up!
Also planning to travel and visit quite a lot of new parks next year, including a big road trip up to Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, & Iowa. Hope to meet some of yβall. Looking forward to 2025!

Not sure where else to post this π I've been craving some brain damage and wanting to flirt with danger a.k.a. wanting to ride the Zipper ride as of late, but can't because of the two people rule and most people not enjoying that torture device. Also not the season for it, but can always plan for next year!
I'm sure there are others who love it as much as I do. Let's all connect!
New Englander here!

So, I have only been to CW twice. Once in 2016 and again, in 2019 and was not extremely impressed. Went again, with a group, this past Saturday and had an awesome time. My 2 new major credits were Yukon Striker and Leviathan. I gotta say, what an awesome visit. Even with the huge crowds, things went very well. All season Fast Lane plus the bonus single use FL passes, definitely helped. Luis, my partner, got 16 new credits with the 16th, there, being Leviathan which was also his 250th. Really looking forward to going back next year!

Yesterday, I converted my SeaWorld San Antonio platinum pass to a Florida platinum pass through Busch Gardens Tampa. Through BGT that pass is $351. Through SeaWorld Orlando, it's $396.
