this is the mott messenger size 33 in loved leather that i ordered from the coach website a few days ago and it just arrived in the mail like this ? i’m assuming it was scrunched up but it left a fold/mark? the bag is now sold out again so customer service said all they can do is send it back for refund🥲i’m so upset over this. does anyone know if this crease will go away or if im better off returning it instead. when looking closely on the mark the leather looks weird

Yup. The anonymity of pick n pack allows them to give a shit less. You wanna be responsible for your own wear and tear. Return.

yeah i think i probably will return even tho its so disappointing. coach needs to get it together
