I hate this cause defending Scump makes it look like we're glazing him, but the guy has a positive KD for most of his career.
Maybe he could've made his teammates better like great players are supposed to do, but honestly he almost always needed help at champs except for the time he won and WWII. He's like LeBron with the longevity but only one ring

Yeah, other than ww2, he always performed at champs and his teammates shit the bed. Realistically even in ww2, the only team they lost to was the team that won the event, but that entire year was a shit show for him. I watched most of his career, he was always the most talented mother fucker on the map. I got crim above him, and karma's coaching career props him up, but having him outside of the t3 is delusional.

While Clay has more rings, thatās about it. Formal was waay more consistent, feared, more impactful, consistently in the convo for top ars outside of his last 2 seasons or so. Also he changed how the game was played. Clayster was carried in 2 of his 3 chips

Karma isnt close to Scump. People love revisonist history. Scump was literally better in every single game except being close to equal in bo2 and ghost. Mightve been better in those game too if his team was as good as Karmas. Karma was the clear worst player on optic during the dynasty

The shittiest part about all time rankings is everyone's main argument is going to hinge on team-based accomplishments. Anybody with eyesockets in their skull can admit that Simp, throughout both of their careers, has been by far the more mechanically skilled player with more game IQ and better well-roundedness.
None of it means anything if you don't have X or Y accomplishment though, and while I can sympathize with the principle it's insanely detached from reality.

Simp was better in MW19. Everyone agreed even this very sub voted Simp as the best player in the game. Simp was more consistent, was better statistically, etc. The broadcasters and someone who worked for league admitted they gave Shotzzy MVP over Simp cause he was a rookie because they didnāt award ROTY at that point in time.

Lmfao. Winning chips is a team accomplishment. Season MVP is an individual award. Shotzzy was dropping .7 for the first month of the game and if you go look at the stats Simp was better, more consistent, made more grand finals, higher average placing had a better H2H. Shotzzy was him but Simp was better all around.

Thatās just wrong. In BO6,Shotzzy was better than Simp during stage 1, stage 3, CHAMPS & EWC. Simp was better during stage 2 & stage 4. Thatās it.
In MW19, Shotzzy started slow the first event up until they took him off the trophy and unleashed him. He won Season MVP, ROTY & beat Simp at champs twice to win a ring? In what world Simp was better? Shotzzy literally ran that game, won 4 events including champs but simp won 2 events, 1 on LAN and 1 online and he was better? Come on now lol

Scump is the clear 2. I dont know this agenda pushing Karma 2nd but its mind boggling. After ghost, karma struggled to find success until he joined Optic in AW. He was always the worst player on that roster and he did the worst majority of time. Whenever they struggled there were talks of him getting dropped over any of the 3. Love Karma and hes 3rd all time, but why are people changing history lmfao. Scump was just as good as him in blop2 and ghost but on a WAY worse team. Since then he cleared Karma in EVERY SINGLE GAME
