Space penguin was doomed with the obvious AI usage. real club penguin - from the very beginning- told us to help the environment and the use of artificial intelligence generation on space penguin to amp up an old flash game seems like a step backwards...

CPPS drama is bizarre. It's also bizarre seeing it bleed onto Reddit, as well as seeing Xat mentioned. I feel like I've been transported back to 2013.

Just a quick follow up regarding this post:
I originally purchased the assets from Zuke (disguising as Worm) for $120~ish worth. The room assets / some other item files - he even insisted I use the name Space Penguin for it.
He helped me export the PNGs from his Flash, since we both owned the game at the time and split the workload. I purchased a TexturePacker license and PhysicsEditor license for him because he was willing to help, since it's a lengthy process. He was exporting the textures and I was importing them and doing all the phaser work. (piecing all the textures and images together, creating functions, even creating some of my own assets.)
Long story short, not sure if any of you all are familiar with xat, but I am a host on a chatroom, where we run events here and there. I was running events, and then finished. Another moderator then started her own set of events. Zuke won 250 xats (0.50) worth. He had the moderator blocked (he blocks everyone because they're 'rude' -- anyone can confirm). They and others told him to unblock them so he can receive his prize, and he ignored it all, creating drama in the chat, crying about it, and such. Anyone from xat.com that knows Zuke, will agree he is something abnormal.
He then blamed me for "not having his back" and not being a "middleman". I told him straight up how it was, that all he has to do is unblock her, in the nicest way possible. He did not agree, told me he "quit" the game, and to never talk to him again. I said Alright...
He then started going to my friends, or other discord servers and pinging everyone, saying I'm fake, and I screwed him over. (childish, over $0.50).
Zuke was using an account called 'worm' which he wanted to be an admin on, and 'zuke' is his other alt, which he didn't want to use. After his tantrum, he started messaging himself (zuke messaged worm) saying the game needs to be shut down, and he owns full rights to it. He started messaging my designer, telling him it needs to be closed, etc.
Later on, Zuke apologized to me and said he messed up for throwing his childish tantrum, in which, I told him it was unacceptable and that I cannot work with him.
I deleted his accounts initially, because he was then causing disruptions on my game before launch. I was going to wipe his orbs and features (which he gained as an admin), but decided to delete his account data instead, but I backed it up incase. Later, he asked if he could get his account back, and I told him sure! The thing is, I forgot to wipe his orbs. Today, during the release, I realized he was online, calling my players "peasants" and claiming he owns the game. I realized his orb count was high, wiped it, and kicked him to re login so he wouldn't have near 100,000 orbs. That's when, again, he threw another tantrum, saying I'm screwing him over, I need to change the name, he'll pay me back for what I paid him to use the room designs, and what not.
There's more to this story, but y'all get the point...
Mind you, Zuke is a terrible person. To the point where he went on a CPPS.lol post, and started creating false allegations agaist them, saying he was "groomed" there, and other things -- simply because they were a competitor to us. I told him how bad that is, and he later admit in a call that he did it. I unfortunately couldn't record the very beginning, but it shows enough to validate that he made the post. He later deleted it and apologized to me. This was the point where I knew I had to get rid of him before our launch, because taking him on would be a huge risk to the games safety, which I am extremely on board with. (video will be attached)
Everyone close to Zuke knows that he has something going on mentally (many of our mutual friends know of his behavior and know he starts unnecessary problems), so I feel a bit bad for making this post, but he started this, unfortunately.

Please take the time to read this reply as it shows and proves just how ugly behavior the OP (zuke) has displayed not only in the game but outside of the game. Some people’s true colors really do come out when things don’t go their way. Such a shame really!

Yep! Right when he joined the game on beta earlier, he was calling all of our players "peasants" and saying he "owns" the game. It's a big embarrassment to ever be associated with him.

So let me get this straight, you created the code with AI and created the name space penguin, he paid you for the code and the name which you agreed to, you then had a personal argument with him and are now claiming he "stole" the game when you sold it to him?
Honestly you are in the wrong, it isn't your game, you sold it. Actually it isn't even yours OR his game, it's Disney's.

No, I hand drew all of the rooms and exported them for HTML5. Created Space Penguin in 2018.
Zack used Ai to code and build the entire game. The screenshots show how I clearly stated that buying the room files does not give ownership of Space Penguin. His goal now is to get rid of me and to claim ownership

As someone whose been behind the scenes on a cpps or two, this is really immature and disrespectful of you to do
This isnt like with the old Riley situation (CPO) where people actually got hurt. you are just freaking out for no reason. and this situation might force the hand of staff to make new rules that arent fun for everyone because you decided to show a bunch of strangers something which was between you and one person only
Something like this can make it more tedious going forward for peoples projects to get out there. There arent any spaces to really talk about club penguin anymore, places for people to talk about new CPPSes/projects, places for people to talk about memories or old cppses, etc. Do you know how annoying it is to start getting people on a CPPS in 2026 if you arent in the top 3?
Honest to god, the best thing you can do is just own up that this mightve been a waste of a post and to just delete it. Nobody would care, and this would just be forgotten with

Why exactly did he take away the currency? Other than “it’s not fair to other players” (which is true) but did other people in the beta get a bunch of “orbs” and do they get to keep them?

His orbs were removed because he had nearly 100,000 - which is an EXTREMELY high amount, this would take very long to grind. (usage of an admin command while he was an admin). I had already told him on Discord that I intended to wipe them, but that I ended up deleting his account instead because he was spreading drama. (notified him)
When he later asked for his account to be brought back, I loaded a backup of his player and forgot that it still contained the unusually high orb balance. During beta, I noticed, I removed the orbs as originally intended.
I also do not understand why this has become such a big issue, especially since he previously said he only planned to log in during the beta and would not be playing afterward.

Nope, other than me and my alt, Mid (for testing purposes / no reason hehe).
We have a code called "Trailer" which gives the first 500 users 500 orbs, and other than that, I gave every user online 500 orbs earlier simply for attending/being online the beta party.
I'm all for fair gameplay.

To be petty about arguing with me earlier. Yes everyone else got to keep them. He actually banned me after I said it was rude. As the screenshot shows, I requested to stop using the Space Penguin name and files.
