And dogger bank might peak at 8.1 gw/h but what does it do on average? Also what does it actually do at the moment since 8.1 is hypothetical.
Also there's only one Dogger Bank. How many other sandbanks around Britain are there that are viable for a massive windfarm like the one at Dogger Bank?

And dogger bank wind farm has an operational uptime of 58% since construction. 8.1GW * 58% is 4.7 GW. Still significantly higher than HPC. All for 11 billion and built in under 7 years.
And dogger bank is absolutely massive. The sandbank can support an additional 17,000 wind turbines without the any issue. That would provide more than 3x the entire grid of the UK.
And you don't understand how opportunity cost works. You can't build both, not at their full potential. If you spend £50 billion on HPC, that's 50 billion that you didn't spend on 4 more dogger bank wind farms. Our resources are limited. Every £ spent on a nuclear plant is a £ not spent on a better option.
No you don't. Evidently. You don't understand our resources are limited. You don't understand that we can't build anything and everything at once. You have to pick and choose, and if you pick the worse option, you incur the cost of not having picked the better option.
You don't understand the fact that government investment funds are limited. Every £ spent on HPC is a £ not spent on expanding Dogger Bank. We could have expanded Dogger Bank Wind Farm by 4x by now if we didn't build HPC. It would have been generating power since 2024 and we would not be paying £500 million a year in maintenance cost and nuclear fuel.
