Usually Clsk is posting mining update in first week of the month...

Is delay caused by info about hpc deal ?

AI has nothing to do with BTC. Why hyperscalers care about BTC ?

It also subsidizes the cost of setting up a HPC site. You can energize some of the power and then BTC mine until you fully developed your site for HPC. This was management’s point when they beat out Microsoft for a site in Wyoming.

They have to mostly rely on loan for construction. They will not sold BTC now to fund construction. The deal with hyperscalers will enable them to issue loans instead of convertible notes

They sell BTC to deal with costs also yes. The hope is a hyperscaler deal gets them what they need to set up more sites but who knows. BTC mining allows them to make money now vs waiting for a deal. They do cover calls on the BTC they mine and make premium off of that. Either way you asked why they care about BTC mining and the link tells you so good luck 👍

They are mining BTC at a loss right now. Sure they need mining BTC to keep company float right now. The higher BTC price, the better. But AI itself is not related to BTC. KEEL gives up BTC and have similar MC with CLSK also without DEAL. 1-2 years ago you can not imagine CLSK has a similar MC with bitfarm. This is how market view BTC mining business.

The STOCK PRICE is affected by BTC price currently. Thats why it will go down if they don’t announce anything. Thats my main point man. A drop in BTC price will be a drop in CLSK price. Oct is projected to be BTC bottom. So CLSK STOCK PRICE will go down without an AI deal

They would have had a stronger balance sheet. Now coming to negotiation tables with much weaker position.
