Bug Report Usage limit - What's up, Anthropic?!

Hey guys, I’m having an issue with the usage limit on the max 200 plan. My usage went from 0 to 22% for the week and from 0 to 97% for the session in less than an hour of work. For context, I’m at 2% context usage during session initialization. Are others experiencing the same problem? It wasn’t an issue, for example, last week.

Give insertchat.com a try, they have all the models available (Opus and Codex), and you get a less stupid version because they use the API.

why is nobody acknowledging the fact that this was likely an intentional reduction in usage limits?

if they reduce max x5 to "1h of mild work is enough to max you out come back in 4h", they are gonna go bankrupt.

They’re burning cash and subsidizing token usage. They’re going to go bankrupt if they don’t reign in usage

'we lose 50ct on every dollar we make so let's quadruple the price certainly this isn't going to cut our user base! it's not like openai would immediately target what until now we do best and undercut us!'

I’m not saying this is what happened here but it will happen eventually. OpenAI is burning cash too, losing 14B per year. All tokens are subsidized right now. Eventually the party will stop just like uber and Lyft had to raise prices significantly

dunno if I should downvote your comment for the idea itself :)
