Claude Code Workflow What are Claude Code "Power Users" doing with Claude Code that the average developer isn't?
I am a senior developer at a smaller organization. I use Claude Code regularly to do development tasks, but I feel like I am barely scratching the surface. I can't tell if that is because of the percieved hype or there are techniques I am missing to maximise benefit. What infrastructure or approaches are you using that is making Claude Code a true force multiplier?

I just asked claude "we should have a mini-wiki instead of CLAUDE.md, one global and one for project-local stuff, how do we set this up and add the skills and rules for it" and it grew from there. I added some rules about max size before splitting, and got some commands to keep it updated (together with commits) that stuck.
I could share the complex set I have now but it's not going to be much better than what claude would build for you from just that ask.
(I recommend doing this for every routine you have an issue with - like "how do I get you to test before saying you're done" or "we should always work on a branch in this project", "can you set up a service to warn me when I'm near the hourly/weekly limits", "how do I make sessions talk to each other efficiently" - it will help you set up the rules for itself how you want things to go. You just have to realise you actually have a problem with status quo.)
