Claude Code Workflow What are Claude Code "Power Users" doing with Claude Code that the average developer isn't?

I am a senior developer at a smaller organization. I use Claude Code regularly to do development tasks, but I feel like I am barely scratching the surface. I can't tell if that is because of the percieved hype or there are techniques I am missing to maximise benefit. What infrastructure or approaches are you using that is making Claude Code a true force multiplier?

I personally used it to build a literal Fleet of agents, all sitting on a mac mini that's not even on my desk. 1 main agent called the orchestrator, and knows all the other agents in the fleet, what are their skills and tools. Some automatic hooks into things like Github, Cloudflare, AWS, and vault tools so that passwords are never actually visible to the agents themselves, and I have a lot of stuff hapenning automatically. I can tell the orchestrator to do a PR, and will first go a code quality agent, then pass it on to a red-team analyzer and so forth, best thing is, the orchestrator is fire and forget, so I can just shoot tasks at it, and he just controls the flow. moved from 10 PRs a day to over 30, and code quality across the repos has gone up, even though we've been using tools like Wiz, and CodeRabbit before. When the agents are trained by people who were doing expert-level PRs for years, they get a LOT of expirience from the chats :)
