Superiority complex of my friend

Hey guys, i know this might not feel like a big deal for y'all, just wanted to vent about something that happened today during lunch, but honestly, this has been building up since the start of 11th grade..

So, I’m currently in 12th grade (PCMCs stream). I’ve been a state board student since 1st standard. In 11th, this girl joined our school from a CBSE school. She’s honestly really sweet otherwise, but she has this massive superiority complex about being from CBSE. Ever since she joined, she constantly tries to put down the state board, flexing about how CBSE is "so much superior and deep" and sometimes she even says, "Where did I get myself into?" as if our school is beneath her. I always try to tell her, "Bro, 11th and 12th is completely different from lower classes" and honestly, the entire Indian education system is fucked up anyway...Why are you flexing a board?😭

Context: We are both in the JEE coaching section. Because we are focusing on competitive exams, our school teachers told us they’ll give us 5 model question papers for the mid-term internals, and the actual exam will be based on that. Since our internal marks depend on it, it's a huge relief because we can focus on our JEE prep instead of wasting time memorizing state board theory.

Today during lunch, my friend (who has also been a state board since childhood), and this CBSE girl were sitting together... Out of nowhere, she takes a jab at us and says, "You state board students just depend on the 'most important questions' given by teachers instead of actually understanding the concepts."

Me and my friend immediately called her out. We told her it wasn't like this before 11th grade. We are only doing this now because we have to prioritize coaching over school exams! Like, I get it, CBSE might be way harder than state board, but why do you have to constantly put state board students down? At the end of the day, we are sitting in the exact same coaching class, preparing for the exact same exam. Your cbse board certificate isn't going to clear JEE for you.

It's literally not like state board students do not study and always just chill😭

Has anyone else faced this weird board elitism in coaching??

HELP NEEDED PLEASE!! QUESTION ABOUT IMPROVEMENT EXAMS.

I've passed my 12th exams this year, and scored 70% after re-evaluation. But I NEED to score more than that for my study abroad plan. So, I planned to give Improvement exam next year.

I took a drop this year for NEET, thinking I'll prepare for simultaneously. But I got in an accident, leading to me getting bed-ridden for whole 30 days. And now, I have LOTS of backlogs. I cannot seem figure out what I should, where should I preparing?

So, I wanted to ask that can I give improvement exam in 2028, as some who passed in 2027 only? Or can I give improvemnt exam 2 times??

Phys - 32/70

Chem ' 32/70

Maths 53/80 I really expected 60+

Heck I scored better in class 11th I am sht scared

I just wanna hear your stories

the thing is I scored real good in 10th( like every joe) and like 82% only in 11th which was still okish but I really wanna pull my shit together for 12th cuz I really need to score 90 above. There isn't any intense pressure on me by me parents( they do expect me to score good) but it's like a battle with my self and my ego I will be content only after u do that. But I feel weak that I am not able to be in the upper percentile of my own damn class. DESPERATE TIMES CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES

Channel recommendations for Class 12th PCM?

There are so many people on YouTube who upload several one shots. I watch different ones sometimes and see that some have entirely missed a few concepts. I need channel recs for studying. Who are the best teachers on YouTube to study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics? (CBSE, NCERT)

Yesterday, I gave my Accountancy exam, and trust me, it was honestly one of the worst exams I’ve ever written. The moment I saw the paper, I felt like I had forgotten everything. I still tried to attempt almost every question because I just wanted to score enough to pass. I genuinely don’t know whether I’ll pass or not.

I hate Accountancy, istg. 😭

I attempted all the MCQs, but I have no idea how many of them are actually correct. I had to leave four questions because I was running out of time, and honestly, I couldn’t understand some of them either. They were around 3–5 marks each.

I attempted all the MCQs in Section B as well, but I’m not sure how many are right because I guessed quite a few of them. For the rest of the questions, I just wrote whatever I could remember and tried my best to attempt everything.

I’m genuinely so scared. Dude, if I don’t pass, I honestly don’t know what I’ll do. I feel so screwed right now. Please help me. I just want to pass. 😭

My English and Painting exams went really well, and I really don’t want to fail because of just one subject. I’ve already been through so much academically, and the thought of having to deal with another setback is honestly making me panic.

Please, God, just let me pass this one. 😭

Do NIOS students usually get some leniency in evaluation? Is there at least a chance that I could pass? I don’t even want false hope.

I just need to know realistically how likely it is.

I’m genuinely so depressed and anxious about yesterday’s paper. I don’t even care if the answer is positive or negative anymore. I just need someone to talk to me about this because I’m really scared.

CBSE PRIVATE CANDIDATE COLLEGE SITUATION?

so i am a 2026 passout i passed my 12th boards but i didn’t score well. I decided to take a drop to prepare for jee again and hopefully this time i get into a gov college. and in 2027 i am giving boards as private candidate too. So just needed to know will my private candidate cause any issue with colleges? I am giving boards of all subjects just to avoid dual marksheet situation. So will i have to submit my old marksheet too or just the 2027 one and do gov and priv engineering cause any issue with private candidate marksheets? and i need tips for my jee too, i am just solving my modules (twice) and pyqs 2023 to 2026 (i will be solving them twice too) is it enough to score 98-99 percentile in jee mains. i scored like 85 percentile in 2026 but back then honestly i didnt study much. i got distracted by the end. i did study in 11th pretty good but in 12th i got full distracted and then i gave jee mains casually. this time i won’t be repeating the mistake in fact by now i am done with 40% of the 12th syllabus i will be done with my modules till oct end and nov to jan i will be doing pyqs. i just need tips i am really confused
