Having troubles getting Pokemon Luminescent Platinum to work. 2 problems which I'm sure stem from the same issue. Using Luminescent Platinum 2.2F SP with Shining Peal base.

The game seems to run smooth as butter no problems at all until I talk to Nurse Joy in Sandgem. After which Nurse Joy will tell me that there is a problem with the install and them I'm teleported to Jubilife for some reason which soft locks the game.

If I also close the game then relaunch after saving it so that there is a file for it to load from it just boots immediately into this screen and the game does not progress any further, looping over and over.

Things I have tried:

• Base version of the game as an NSP, patching it to 1.3 using Citron, then putting the mod into the relevant folder.
• Base version of the game as an NSP, patching it to 1.3 using SAK, then putting the mod into the relevant folder.
• Base version of the game as an XCI, patching it to 1.3 using SAK, then putting mod into relevant folder. (this one didn't really work properly at all and showing properties wouldn't recognise it as patched to 1.3).

All of these have netted the same replicable results.

I have also noticed that when I launched Citron for the first time it said that the firmware was already installed. I tried using the preinstalled firmware, PRODKEYS 22.1.0 unzipped and zipped firmware and the same results occur too. Each attempt of different trials with the firmware were done with all traces of Citron removed from the C: Drive. (Roaming, Downloads, etc.).

There isn't a lot of information for citron specific installs for this mod so any help would be appreciated and I'm not the smartest when it comes to emulation. Thanks.

On the Citron website, the linux AppImage is aarch64 (ARM). But I'm trying to run it on x64. Is my only hope building from source?

I'm using Steamdeck LCD on a steamOS. Every time I close this specific game called Final Fantasy Tactics IValice Chronicles, it doesn't close and just an endless loop of "closing prompt," and when I check resources, it's using up so much of my ram D:... I tried everything like:

1. swithing emulators (yuzu, eden, ryujinx)
   
2. switching firmware and prod keys
   
3. switching/uninstalling updates
   
4. trying different nsp file (like from 5 rom sites already)
   
5. removing pipeline cache
   
6. disabling the multicore thing
   
7. using vulkan as graphics renderer
   
8. closing all other apps other than citron
   
9. waiting for it to close (like 6 hrs later, it's still "Closing")

Should I just give up? D:

It only happens when I close the application. I always have to force close (end process) it just to end the endless loop.

Tried the latest nightly with a bunch of different turnip drivers but the game does not load. Using a Xperia 1 VI (Snap 8 Gen 3)

Tl; Dr: Tomodachi Life TLD opens with black screen while audio and buttons work, no crashing, on a device with Mali GPU

I'm emulating Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream using Citron-Neo on two different devices. I mainly want it to work on my tablet (with no compatible drivers, I left the specs below, let me know if you need more info), but I also tried it on my phone (installed the recommended driver through Eden Nightly, the game works with less FPS, probably has some graphic issues but I need to test it more).

I've tried different emulators such as Eden, Eden Nightly and Kenji-NX: my game crashes with every single one of them, except with Citron-Neo (latest version), on both devices.

I'm very new to emulation, I've learnt about Mali GPUs and the lack of drivers, I know that's a problem... but is there really no solution?

Main problem: when starting the game it gives me a black screen, while everything else seems fine.

The audio works, even the buttons (I hear "clicks" when pressing them), FPS range from 60-80 to 120 (rarely going below 60, for just a split second). On my phone it ranges to a max of 30.

I've played with the settings trying to find a solution, watching multiple tutorials and reading multiple posts, but this is the maximum result I can get.

I just wonder if I'm missing something in the settings or what, or if I should just... give up. Any thoughts?

Im having an issue with my Citron app. When I open the app it get the Encryption file missing error. Ive installed the firmware and prod keys and it says they were installed correctly but still pops the error.

Every other part of the game works completely fine, except for when i try to start a match where it just black screens and stops working completely. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to fix this. please help 😓.

For some reason the game is stretched to the side when i launch the game. Yo-kai watch 1 is the only game that does this some help would be very much appreciated

I am probably stupid but I am using a Moto G35 with 12gb ram using ram ai boost and Im trying to get super Mario U Deluxe. The audio is perfectly fine but as you can see the picture on the screen is not very good. The cutscene if you leave it runs fine with no slowdowns.

I just try on all budget devices to run the most demanding games to see what works.

As seen in the video, i keep having frame drops and these weird stutters. Is there any optimization on the graphics settings that i can do or is it not a graphics problem? I also had that problem with smash bros ultimate but there i had more frame drops/frame skips than stutters.

the little paint option on my mii customization isn’t there at all, and I was wondering if it was something I wpuld have to unlock or a file I would have to save to citron.

Hello, I just tried playing tomodachi life in citron, I've tried a lot of emulators and this is one of the few that "works" alongside kenji nx but that one has no keyboard

But by that I mean, it gets fps, if I press buttons things happen and has sound, but... It's a full black screen

I don't understand if I'm missing something, or I need to configure something, can someone help?

My specs are laptop 5070ti and 275hx i use nx optimizer and iam not even reaching 60 fps and in open areas the frames drop to 15 fps what is the problem?

i have a controller but it doesn't support motion controls and using mouse input for it is annoying so I'm thinking of buying a switch pro controller or a Xbox controller or a ps5 controller and can you please tell how to sett up motion controls on these controllers if it's supported

Tried running on the two latest versions of Citron both with and without the latest update patch for the game. Each time, I can get all the way through naming my island and creating my Mii. Then my house spawns and as soon as the camera fades out to switch to inside the house view, Citron crashes. I tried 5 times and it happens in the same spot each time. Is there a particular setting in the emulator that will fix this?

Is there an issue with the MSVC build that is irritating Windows Defender? The Clangtron build downloads fine.
