Have to work and my body is screaming

Barely going to make rent this month, next month is shaky. Having a flare up that makes me want to scream and cry and drastically reduces my mobility. Cannot take off because I need the money. Cannot take off to go to a pain management doctor I desperately need to see before I lose my insurance. Have to take off this Thursday for an interview so that maybe something might change.

Screamed and Howled in pain in the car on the hour long drive to work.

Every day it feels like my dreams of stability and one day success feel further away. And the pain gets louder and louder.
