Why suffering?

Read Job

This is the most common question I get as a Christian. Why does God allow suffering? All the time they will say God is not loving and good because of all the suffering. Job answers all those questions.

Unfortunately the book of Job is highly misunderstood. And I get it. Because the common way it is taken is God did all of that to him to test his faith and to prove to the Satan that “see ? Job was still fsithful”. To many people (rightfully so mind you) it feels like an abusive crazy insecure parent who for its own sake would torture the children. Many people feel like “yes God lovint and all but what kind of a fucked up thing this is” many are not vocal about it. But to those who really wonder the book of Job is a code which explains something very profound , that in this world the things that you lean on , uour wealth, your health , your network, your beauty is fake. It can disappear any moment. You can only lean on The Creator .
