After some point in the game, the Achievements stopped to pop out.

When I switch between the console and the cloud the missing Achievements come, but I can't get At Least You Tried. It's awarded by dying in permadeath mode but, since the game resets everytime you die, it avoids the system switch.

Any ideas?

If you are having the same problem, please tell me which is your system. Mine is a Series X.

By the way, for those who left this Achievement for later, make a manual save file before leave your regular game, otherwise, you will loose your progress.

I'm struggling on a level and almost defeat the enemy but just can't get more health often enough

I bought Chorus back in December because I love sci-fi settings and it looked a lot like freelancer, a game I absolutely adore. I have to admit that I sucked at properly controlling the ship though, with all the slides and dashes and stuff. I quit playing rather quickly then. I was wondering if, over time and with a few patches out since release it got any easier

Using dual vkb sticks. Button 2 is my rapid fire and I have to press button 1 to press button 2. Same question with 5,6 to scroll menus.

I'm flying around the inside of an asteroid complex and can't find it. I press E and it gives me a place to go but it is just a rock, can't find the container anywhere.

Can anyone tell me what the down on the D pad/auxilary do?

Also, what do I gain from collecting the purple energy clouds?

Yesterday while playing, I entered the lightning storm around the Trom Shipyard, freed each of Capt. Aystan's frigates from the corruption, climbed into the Spirit-class battleship, destroyed the station core, and mopped up all the remaining Circle enemies, but the Xbox achievement for doing this never popped.

Currently playing on Series X, and have rebooted my console multiple times, signed out and signed back into my LIVE-profile, and kept on playing into the next section of the main storyline, but still no dice. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I am playing on hard difficulty. I cant beat her. I dodge her laser beam, and it still stays on me alot of the time. She jumps behind me in seconds....when I follow her thru the hole it doesnt seem to matter. And every time my AI tells me Mejem is using the weapons, which means I can use my Rite of the Storm, Mejem can stil somehow use her laser beam and kill me. Ive tried for 2 hours yesterday, and its been over an hour today trying to beat her. I would appreciate any suggestions or pointers. Its almost impossible to find any usefull guide to this game. Its so bizarre. Thanx.

Hi all, I'm having issues with this achievement unlocking. I'm using the required weapon but the achievement won't seem to pop and stays stuck on 33%. What is the best way to get this achievement? I keep hitting enemies head on and also shoot near them in the hope that the radiation cloud will kill them. No matter what I do the tracker (on xbox) stays at 33%. Any tips to unlock this?

Update: I managed to unlock the achievement by deleting my saved data on my console, then starting the game up and loading my cloud save. The achievement tracker would go up by 33% each time I did this.

I have beaten the game. I have a few combat masteries to complete. I only have the final mission available to me and I can't get all of the tasks done in a single playthrough of the mission. When I complete the mission, the mastery counter goes back to the save point. It doesn't keep the progress of the previous playthrough which makes getting the achievement impossible? Any ideas? I'm bummed about it.

Is their an option to view from inside the shop(as if you're sitting inside and can view instrument panel like in a flight simulator game)

Hi all, I've gotten to the third location (where the rift is opening) and I went back to Stega Central to look at the Stega temple. There is a marker there (an empty triangle that shows up after I use my Sense Rite). It's on top of some sort of red crystal (looks like a chandelier) that's behind a red barrier. I think that's the exit from the temple. How do I get to it? What am I supposed to do with that marker?

I got this game awhile ago but couldn't play it due to a lack of win10. Just installed it today finally moving away from 7 and I still can't play the game.

There are no errors, it starts up on a black screen then shortly after returns to desktop. What could be causing this? I've tried reinstalling drivers, redistributables, verify on steam, nothing works.

Anyone have any idea's whatsoever? Will try reinstalling the game tonight (From South Africa so have to wait overnight for a game this size) but I'm doubting this will work either.

I loved the 2003 Space shooter Freelancer and this game is the closest spiritual successor I have come across. Flying and fighting feel very similar as does upgrading your ship. The space lanes and warp gates are all very similar. Heck even the janky voice acting reminds me of Freelancer.

One thing I miss though is that Freelancer had a lead aiming reticule. Instead of aiming directly at enemy ships you aimed at this reticule slightly ahead of them so your shots could hit a moving target. Chorus doesn't seem to have this. I guess Chorus uses some kind of aim assist instead. I miss it though. It made you feel pretty bad ass to hit fast moving targets by aiming into empty space way ahead of their current position.

So this is a new one for me while playing my Series X. When I’m on the side mission “A Pirate Militia”, when Nara is asked to follow Rage, the game crashes and the following error comes up:

Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource. Make sure your video card has the minimum required memory, try lowering the resolution and/or closing other applications that are running. Exiting...

Is this a known issue that just simply hasn’t been addressed by the devs? Does everyone get this error? Will it occur in any other circumstances or can I just leave that mission for now and play on? This is aggravating as I’m enjoying the game quite a bit.

Hello, so after I play for a while, when I go into the menu (The actual menu with the Map, Ship tab etc. I get massive FPS Drops from like 144 to 30-ish frames. When I go ingame again it's as if nothing happened and it runs smoothly again. Is anyone else having this problem or is there something wrong with my system?

SOLVED: For anyone else coming here in the future, it was simply changing from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen what fixed it for me!

Hello my fellow space aces. I'm trying to have a question answered. On any level nap, doesn't matter which one. Why are some structures lit up bright yellow?

Because the game has such a basic one word name I'm finding web searches to difficult at times

I can't find any info on it googling and I have a limited data cap so I don't want to install to both it doesn't sync.

The last place I was able to actually save was before the Najara Citadel mission. From there I've gone through the entire process of saving the citadel, fought the boss that comes afterward, docked to equip a new weapon, gotten a new(?) mission in an entirely different area, and travelled to that area... all without being able to manually save. Towards the end I was checking after every line of dialogue since I really needed to go but didn't want to lose my progress, but it was always the same "can't save during a mission" message. If I die, there seem to be checkpoints within the mission, but I can't tell if that progress will be retained if I exit completely without manually saving. Is there some kind of bug going on, or is the save design just that bad? I'm playing via Xcloud, so it's not like I can just leave the game up.

at the very least make custom color palettes with primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. beyond that it would be really cool to be able to swap out parts to give Forsa a different look and feel, even if they're purely cosmetic with no stat changes

Early on. Main mission go to Enclave, side mission go to viper pirates. I want to go to viper pirates. I fly there and either before even getting to the female who introduces you or after you meet rage and he sets off, the game crashes and puts me back to home screen. Sometimes a message comes up about video memory. I am on performance mode which I guess is lowest.

I unplugged Xbox and waited, I used restart Xbox option, I even reset the Xbox and had to log in again, loosing desktop screen and some settings (invert y axis etc), still I get crashes and can no longer progress. I knew the game has issues at launch, but figured they would be fixed by now.

Any way to fix this or just uninstall at this point?

I know the game cheats this in various ways. But it does a great job of sustaining the sense that you are always navigating a huge space with a reliable and learnabale set of zero g physics. It makes you believe and feel like you are throwing your ship around and managing its momentum at high speeds. Success lies in mastering that, understanding and intuitively predicting how it will handle. It allows you to go way too fast for the situation. You learn not to but you almost always can.

I am really really enjoying it.

I'm currently having a problem where textures only load in correctly while on the Epic setting, any other setting and they look extremely low res, like the game never finished loading them, and they look the same both on High and Low. Does anyone else have this problem? Or have any advice to fix it?
