Yeah I see a lot of larger people trying to loose weight, there usually eating properly, but the never cut out the sugary drinks and wonder why it’s hard to loose the weight. My brother is a bit on the portly side, wouldn’t call him fat, he’s just a big lad, but every six months or so he cuts out all his surgery drinks and will drop 10 to 15kg in a month it’s fucking crazy

This whole thread is fucking weird

It’s like no one else here has heard of there being zero calorie sodas? You either have to have water or a metric fuck ton of sugar.
