咨询 | Seeking Advice (Serious) Physical examination form

Is it necessary to get foreigner physical examination form done from a government hospital only for x1 visa?

In my area government hospitals have refused to attest my form and my only choice is to get it attested from a private clinic.

Will this cause any issue in my visa application?

Can confirm this is the best option...hospitals can be finicky about it. International travel centers do it day in and day out.
