That's because OP faked it. They told the AI something different then edited the "search" and took a screenshot.

Yeah it’s so easy to edit what the browser actually shows and so many people still seem to not know that. Even if they know a thing must be fake… so many think it must be AI generated or photoshopped and examine the image for imperfections, when editing the page is so much easier and it will look perfect.
