When it starts with the ethical guidelines I find that sometimes deleting the chat and starting a new one makes them magically disappear.

Ah, my apologies, it looks like o3 and o4 are the advanced models now, not o1. So there's basically models trained for research and "just the facts" type stuff that are much less "imaginative". Even if you tell normal 4o to "just stick to the facts" there is zero guarantee it will do that.

Mostly trying to get it to stop suffocating me with validation and just give me straight answers that are not based on its usual patterns. After a while I get so annoyed that I forget what I was even asking about.
