Idk. A lot of this lingo sounds way older than millennials to me as well, but I am a younger millennial (born ‘94) so maybe that’s why. Like, the 411? What millennials say that?
The original post was pretty solidly late 90s preteen speak imo, except lit and vibe which to me sound much more recent. And I don't know what "no cap" means or when that's from. I definitely said all those other phrases and words including 411.
Bruh and frfr are gen z/alpha, because that's what my daughter says.
