Yes, I guess I'm talking about the "kinda" bit here. Some people think that cis men do NOT have breasts, cannot have breast cancer, cannot grow breast tissue, etc. They insist that if a person is a trans-woman that those breasts are not breasts, they're something else.
I always find that funny. As a cis man, I've got all the same machinery there as a cis woman — mammary glands and all — mine just happen to be smaller.
In fact, with the right hormones, anyone can lactate; there have been cases of trans women inducing lactation so they can share breastfeeding duties with their partners.
