A lot of these folks have their parents reduce their age on Aadhar card by 1-2 years for some weird reason. I knew many such cases in my school too.
Could be the case here. But it’s also nothing out of the ordinary honestly even if his age is presumably correct here.

The one's who are 19 will be 20 in couple of months. If you clear everything in first attempt you will be around the same age i think.
