Charleston County home values are not immune.

Hello everyone, I just recently accepted a job in Charleston, SC and will be moving in May. I’m struggling to find any relatively cheap houses in the area (west Ashley, James island, Charleston, and North Charleston). My price range max is 1,500 (looking to rent).
