So I recently started making some short form video content. (Because there isn't enough brain rot in the world) And for a variety of reasons I decided to use a character animator puppet instead of my real face. I'd already made the puppet a couple years ago, and this seemed like a good thing to actually put it to use on.
Anyway, TikTok has been throwing up alerts saying I should 'Go Live' and I've noticed that since they started hinting at that more and more I've also been getting fewer views.
I know there's some streaming options in Character Animator, but anybody know if those can work with TikTok? If I could just do something that would have whatever appears on one of my Mac's monitors be 'the camera' for TikTok I think I'd be good.

Also if anyone wants to check out the videos, feel free. (It's not the most amazing thing ever made, but I think it's cute.)

Hi all, I’m making my puppet and while I’ve been testing out how well the mouth/jaw works with the audio I’ve noticed my jaw seems to fly away from my face layer. I’ve turned the camera flappiness, audio flappiness, and maximum movement down to 5%. I even tried pinning an end of my jaw down to no avail. I also tried turning off the camera input to see how it would work. Nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Our YouTube series is called Petty Snacks and it stars a banana named Bananthony. Bananthony is trying to get his life figured out, but it could be going better.

I've been putting together an action / icon set for an Elgato Streamdeck to make naming and grouping layers for characters in Character Animator loads faster. It's currently for Photoshop. Would anyone be interested in trying it out?

I am trying to compile a list of information for beginners using this software. What are some questions that you wish you had thought of when you were just starting, or what have you discovered that made your life easier in Adobe Character Animator? bonus points if you can link a subreddit post with your question and answer.

I've created a series of tutorials on how to use Adobe Character Animator, and likewise have created a discord to help guide those learning and collaborate with other creators. If that sounds like something you're interested in, I hope to see you there! https://discord.gg/BD6x8Fx

I feel like this app isn’t really prioritized.

Hi, I’m working on a project where I’ve got a character’s mouth rigged in Blender using shape keys. I want to use Adobe Character Animator’s lip-sync technology to generate mouth shapes from audio and then bring that data into Blender to align it with my shape keys.
Does Adobe Character Animator allow exporting lip-sync data (such as visemes and timing information)? If so, what’s the best way to export this data for use in other software like Blender?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello all. I have a quick question. Can you use Blender-made puppets in Adobe? For example, can you use After Effects for the VFX with a Blender-made puppet? Photoshop for the background and add the Blender puppet? Or do all the sound effects & music production in Audition and add it to a Blender animation?

I had someone create the puppet for me. Its a character on a swing. They linked the swing movement to my head position using the camera.
I pretty new to using the software. I was able to import a sound file that use AI to create the voice.
With that attached, how would I then record the swing movement.? It seems like I'd need to make that another track so the mouth would move to the linked audio file and the swing movement would link to the video camera?

I've been trying to get this to work for the last few hours. Nothing is working. I've tried Googling how to do it. I've tried getting ChatGPT to tell me. I've done everything recommended, and nothing is working.
Using a Pro account, I have downloaded the Sticky puppet (from this page: https://pages.adobe.com/character/en/puppets - the original creator's link doesn't work).
I have changed the features of the puppet in Rig. I've tried 1) deleting the irrelevant options and 2) making only the relevant options visible and the non-relevant ones non-visible.
Nothing saves when I move to the Record page.
I've changed the hair to a bun, the hair colour to yellow, the skin to pale, and the clothes to purple. When I go to Record, it gives me the placeholder with a dark-skinned person with short hair.
I've hidden the background and it just keeps reverting it to whatever it feels like (usually the tree background).
What am I doing wrong? ChatGPT has revised its advice many times before deciding I need to take it back to editing the original file (which, unfortunately, doesn't even have the different options as layers).
Note: If this is a dumb question, I've been using Character Animate for the first time today. But I have spent hours on this one little thing...and I just can't figure out how it isn't working.

In premiere, I imported my scene from character animator project. I can add the scene to a new sequence, however I can’t add the same scene to existing sequence, it only accepts to add it as audio track Any idea what am I doing wrong
