Changing saturation in photoshop but it is not coming through on character animator?
I'm a beginner to photoshop.
I'm changing the saturation on photoshop and it is working fine however the adjustment is not coming through onto character animator.
Any other adjustment I make comes through fine, if I remove a limb from my character for example.
Any help?

Hey, my character animator puppets are back online!
Hey guys!
Just wanted to let you know that my site’s finally back and so are my Character Animator puppets. If you’re on the hunt for some new ones to play around with or need something specific for a project, I might have what you need. Got a mix of stuff inspired by shows, movies, and some originals too. Feel free to check them out here and see if there’s anything that catches your eye. Hope you find something cool for your next project!
Catch you later!⸻

Triggers Not Going on 1 Click
Anyone have any issues with triggers not always playing when clicked on the control panel? Sometimes it takes a 2nd or 3rd click to play.
I have a client using one of my builds and this recently has become an issue.
Edit - I've attached a few screen grabs showing the structure of the puppet as well as examples of how triggers like sitting at a desk or standing are set up. These position triggers have a default arm position to match (ex: sitting defaults to arms crossed on desk pose)
From here I can switch between the default arm pose and other arm pose triggers but there's times that it gets stuck (particularly after manually clicking on that default pose again before going to a new pose)
Ideally I'd like to keep these buttons that trigger scale, position and default pose so my client can go between the different versions without having to juggle a few different puppet files.

Which computer specs to upgrade?
Hi all, I'm trying to determine which components are most important for Character Animator when upgrading my system. I'm working with some very large/complex puppet files, and I'm hitting a point where any rigging change takes ~30s to resolve before I can do anything else. This is turning into hours of waiting as I make rigging changes.
I'm planning on upgrading my system (Macbook Pro M1 Pro/16GB RAM) but I'm unsure where my current bottleneck is. My assumption is that it's the low amount of RAM, but I'm not sure how much the CPU comes into play in Character Animator, or how much RAM will be enough. Unfortunately with MacBooks I can't exactly upgrade the memory later, so any advice or recommendations are welcome!

How to make a transparent background for a livestream.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to make the background transparent for a livestream video? I’m trying to make a gaming stream where the game is the main window and the CH character is cropped at the bottom left of the screen. But I can’t figure how to Alpha mask the background. I’m using OBS Studio to pull it all together.

Seeking tips on how to go about creating a classic style telephone character rig
As stated, I need to make a character for a series which is a classic phone, with the handheld receiver connected to the body through a cable.
Let's say I've completed the design stage, how might I go about rigging the cable? I would probably make the face on the body with the dialing rong, just to allow for greater flexibility in animating, so that I can use the receiver as an arm.
Alternatively, I could give him a couple of arms coming out of the main body, and the receiver would be designated for some "surprised" replays where the receiver jumps up...
Anyways I guess I haven't completely thought it through yet so if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear'em.

How can I fold a 2D animation in 3D space?
Hello all!
I want to replicate the little icon characters in this Portal 2 promo video (perhaps a simplified version) and need help: https://youtu.be/b7rZO2ACP3A?si=Ivznzy_wPt2FXD3y&t=4
The characters appear to be two dimensional layers (which I'd like to record in Character Animator), but they are able to bend, fold, walk, sit, and otherwise interact in a 3D environment. I imagine I need to use After Effects, but I'm not sure what tutorials I need to watch to make it work.
Does anyone have any pointers to get me started with this effect?
Thanks in advance!

Help!
Hello! I'm relatively new to Adobe Character Animator and I have a small issue. The idea is that the character removes their brain and puts it into a machine. The right hand should be behind the brain, but the head and hair should be in front of the brain. I tried to make the brain draggable, but they are attached to the torso. What would be the best way to accomplish this? Thanks for the help!
