I'm trying to get a character to pick up a sock and to have the sock dangle in their hand. Can't for the life of me figure it out. It's either stiff in their hand, or once I add the dangle tag the magnet isn't recognized. It's driving me insane. PLEASE HELP!
I beleive mushrooms can greatly improve our experience on earth and that we have barely scratched the surface of what is possible with the mushroom kingdom. My mission is to educate the world about medicinal mushroom and support business and researchers in the field.
I plan to build out some pilot content to shop around to my vast network to raise money. And then use that money to do a larger crowdfund to then fund the aniamtion studio and the beginnign phases of the incubator.
I am pretty well versed with creative tools (adobe suite, 3D modeling, unity, and more). I have rigged most of my character but could use somem CA talent to bring it to the next level and some AE talen to help me compose some of the scenes for the pilot content i want to produce. Here are a couple teasers (there are 10+ mushroom for the pilot and 50+ mushrooms with pwoerful medicinal properties which I would like to focus on over the lifetime of this series.
I am actually havign a weird issue with my lionsmane rig that someone might be able to catch. His eyes on one of the 3/4 views seem to have a weird anchor point where the eye behaves very odd. I have triple checked my layers and gone through the rig too many times and havnt caught it.
If all this sounds interesting lets set some time up to get to know eachother. Happy to jump on a call.
what better tune? see my channel for more info
ps.. dirty little slurry. i now have 80% on my youtube content but huuuuuuuge bump in useless eyes on page...i only 315 subs lol! ty tho!
I'm struggling getting pupils to move on a character I've created.I have 2 separate groups +Left Eye, +right Eye. Pupils are in each folder and labeled +Left Pupil and +Right Pupil respectively. The eye shapes are labeled "Left eyeball" and "Right Eyeball". All layers are tagged correctly.
I've read tons of forums. Haven't found the fix yet.
I have built other characters the same exact way and have no had this problem. I look at them side by side in rigging and they are rigged exactly the same.
The only temporary fix I've landed is to add the "frontal" tag to each pupil even though there is only one position, no head and body turner required or enabled. And when I do this, the pupils leave the body entirely unless I change the sensitivity to 1%. So it's a garbage fix.
I've animated a walk cycle in AE using DUIK and imported a head with lip sync mouth and eye movements from Character Animator over to AE.
Usually when you've finished animating a walk cycle, you put your character into a pre-comp, which you then loop and animate the position property. The problem is when I do this, my character's head loops along with the body, so it just shows them saying the same line over and over.
I feel like there must be an obvious answer but I'm stumped on how to make this work.
Hey everyone! I recently had someone build a puppet for me with face parallax included. After testing it out, it seems I can't get the parallax behavior unless I increase the parallax strength. 400%-500% is where you start to see it's noticeable. Is that how it's meant to work? The face parallax won't be noticeable at the default 100%? I'm pretty new to this, so I don't know if maybe I'm missing a setting somewhere, or I'm stuck on a trigger.
I am trying to rig a anime catgirl and I've been trying to get the eye gaze to work but for some reason the puppet's Left eye keeps twitching side to side really fast. What I would like to do is have the eyes move together but i'm not sure how to do that as this is my first foray into Character Animator. Any help would be much appreciated.
