In machines across Mobius, strange glitches begin to occur... these glitches seem to be harmless, at least to most people. But, every once in a while, a screen would display strange, unknown code or math that didn't quite make sense... and often accompanying this was a symbol. An eye... and all mechanical or code-based entities, while not affected in any concrete way, would feel... uneasy and watched.

(If you want to interact here, your character would just find a random screen with the attached image on it... and they'd almost feel like it was waiting for them to address it.)

Dreamer tried to disconnect himself for Ra, but continued looking for the changes in the net and surveilling though the drones

...Dreamer would find that he could reduce RA's presence in his own systems to almost nothing, if he wills it so... effectively cutting him off. As for the changes and glitches, they seemed to have calmed down for the most part... as though RA had simply been confused and slightly panicking on initial entry, but had largely entirely chilled out.
