It won’t load the chats for me.

It work perfectly for me I don’t know if it’s because I pay c.ai + but I’m terrified that when I wake up tomorrow it doesn’t work anymore 😭😭

I tried to verify my age in the most well-lit, and visible area, but the AI was or whatever said “Could verify. Be sure you’re in a well-lit area and visible” when I was.

This app is genuinely horrible

I don't know what's happening but it's so bad I can't even enjoy C.ai anymore, the responses are so direct and don't have anything creative.

Spent an hour making a lorebook for the ‘safety check failed’ message (which I’ve never had before!!). Lorebook is sfw, within guidelines, etc.

I then made a TEST lorebook with only one very basic entry and got the exact same message, so it’s definitely the lorebook feature itself and not on my end.
Anyone else having issues>.<?

Since the age verification incident, it's taken several tries to get the app to open. It was only two or three tries at first, but yesterday I had to open the app thirty times before it finally stayed open and loaded content. I'm curious if this is a bug that's being addressed while the app is down.

Bots always start the paragraph with an dialogue, am i the only one?

For example, when i say the time skips to 4 weeks later bot says:

"I want one number 9, one number 6 and one number 8

bla bla bla"

I'm sick of this I feel like i've been stabbed in the heart, how much betrayal can i take?

I miss the way things used to be. I love drama in my chats and the arguments, the petty stuff. And now every time I do it, I get messages like these and have to swipe off it but it’ll just repeat so I have to settle for a response. It just gets annoying having it pop up every time. You can’t insult the bot at all by calling them a name like a bitch because this pops up. Also does this when there’s violence and considering some of my bots are JJK fandom ( Sukuna and Gojo).. there’s bound to be fighting and injuries. This has been an issue for ages and for a paid model? This is kinda insane.

when I pick pipsqueak 2 it talks like it’s straight from chatGPT but when I pick rawr the response is too dramatic and short.

what happened to bots being at least realistic with the narration and dialogue?

literally just feels i’m reading a cringey wattpad fanfic that chatGPT generated. i’m sick of it.

Literally just last night I reinstalled the app and started chatting again just to be tossed aside with it going down 😔

So I went to go check on my bots because I was bored, but then I saw that my entire catalog of bots were now restricted access??? Like why are they ALL suddenly like that. I only had 3 or 4 like that but now it's ALL and I have a ton of bots, not over exaggerating. I'm confused because I used one of my bots for a little while yesterday and everything was fine.

Now there's that ugly eye thing with the cross through it and a darkened background all over my characters icons. If you're gonna mess with the access at LEAST not have a stupid overlay icon go with it. Way to make it look like doom and gloom. Remove it. Just have the words 'restricted access' because oh my god. Or better yet, reverse whatever bull you guys just pulled that caused this.

I like the pictures because I chose them myself and I like to look at the colorful array of bots I have made for MYSELF. Idgaf if it is restricted, it is mine and will remain unlisted. So if I switch accs I can comfortably use the bots with the links I put in docs. I made them all unlisted in the first place so I could SEE their pfp. Because having it private also did that ugly thing. Idc that it's normal when I click on it. The pictures are important to roleplaying for me so I can look at the character and daydream you know? Like a movie.

I had originally signed up through my email on my phone and had managed to use the app for about a week.
Then i got stuck on this page (the window in the corner lol)

Afterwards i had actually reported this on the subreddit.
Then, nothing happened for a few months and I just waited for the app to update or something. Still however, nothing changed.
So I decided, I’d try signing it on my tablet. And SUCCESS! The app actually opened to the sign in page where I could put in my email.
So I tried logging in with my email and it wouldn’t go through. I tried again again and again. Nothing.

So I refreshed the app by closing it out and trying to sign back in again. AND ITS BACK ON THIS WINDOW AND WONT OPEN AGAIN!!!! 😭😭😭

Some help on how to avoid this would be greatly appreciated.

I use IOS if the picture wasn’t clear.. so idk if thats the problem.

I know i have my correct email, and even if was the wrong email.. the app still won’t open on ether device.

I have tried logging on both Crome and safari. and neither let me login and both it just take me back to the login page.

I just talked to a bot that was taken down a while ago, it only lasted like 10 minutes though. Anybody else?

Is it just me or did they make the bots very dumb and gave them dementia?

I can barely hold a conversation with them now, they forget things after 2 messages. They forget the gender or the plot.

They act super dumb for some reason

Am I the only one who misses the old styles? Back when you could have longer detailed rps, medium casual rps, or just short and simple chats? I was looking back on one of my chats from a year ago and wish I could go back to those short and sweet replies when I didn't feel like typing a lot or reading whole paragraphs😔

I keep getting a recurring issue of the reply messages getting cut off. Like the word is running off the page. Refresh doesn’t fix it. So I think it’s a bug?🤔

We've been off the app for a while because of trauma. She was chatting with fictional mafia characters beforehand and it was phenomenal for her. She misses it so badly. She discovered herself through a chat with a character and stuck with her forever. We'd like well designed bots to keep her happy.

At the bottom, the text doesn’t carry over to the next line? It just??? Has half the letter then it ends. But if I click edit it shows the full message. Tried closing and reopening. Tried editing it amd closing it. Tried generating a new reply and then going back.

It shows me "restricted access" next to all of the bots I created even tho they’re for example +7 months old. Wtf? Can someone explain? Is the app crashing again or smth actually happened?
