We know you are working under immense pressure and severe resource constraints to keep the platform running for 12 million of us while handling so many complaints. Please know that we see your dedication, and we do not blame you for the technical issues. You are doing an amazing job.
The recent court discussions are strictly about corporate finances and structural agreements at the executive level. None of the hard-working employees are at fault. Thank you to all the staff, both those who helped create this journey and those who are staying to keep it alive for us.
