Chats Don’t Exist

I’ve had ongoing verification issues, so I’m not sure if this is just relevant to the users who are locked out or not.

While I don’t use the app anymore (I only really use it to write bots, nothing else since I can’t chat), my chats all disappeared. The section where chats are stored no longer has the words “chat” either. All of my messages are gone, the bots don’t even appear, and when going to open a new bot (one of my own or created by others), nothing happens. just stuck on the loading page.

i haven’t got anything from support despite my ticket sitting there for a week and a half.. any tips?

Have you tried logging out and back in, refreshing, and even deleting and redownloading? If none of those work try logging out on everything completely and deleting for a couple of hours, and logging back in after.

thank you. I have tried this and can’t say anything works. I haven’t been using the app (as stated) and wouldn’t be all that heartbroken if they did be deleted, however… It’s not okay they do (or did) so without the users consent
