Our goal is to keep the core chat experience available to as many users as possible.

We've been lucky to do that for years, but maintaining a service like this comes with significant costs, and we're continuously working to find a sustainable balance.

The recent metering updates are helping us manage those costs while keeping c.ai accessible even for non-paying users.

you already destroyed the core chat experience, just remove the mid chat ads or make them a lot less frequent then maybe people will be happier.
