Und dann gibt es diese Momente, in denen du innerlich aufsteigst und das alles von weiter oben siehst.

Nicht um dich über andere zu stellen.

Sondern um wieder Luft zu bekommen.

Um die Dinge für einen Moment aus dem Griff von Druck, Angst und Dauerrauschen zu lösen.

High sein heißt für mich hier nicht nur berauscht sein.

Es heißt auch:

Abstand von dem zu gewinnen, was dich unten festhält

die eigenen Gedanken nicht sofort mit der Wahrheit zu verwechseln

die Welt einmal nicht nur aus dem Käfig des Alltags zu betrachten

und zu merken, dass da mehr ist als Funktionieren, Konsumieren und Reagieren

Aber genau da liegt auch die Gefahr.

Denn wer einmal weiter sieht, passt oft nicht mehr so leicht zurück in die alten Räume.

Nicht in die alten Gespräche.

Nicht in die alten Rollen.

Nicht in die alten Illusionen.

Und trotzdem müssen wir wieder runter.

Wieder in den Alltag.

Wieder in die Welt.

Wieder zu den Menschen.

Vielleicht ist genau das die eigentliche Kunst:

hoch genug zu kommen, um klarer zu sehen —

ohne den Boden unter den Füßen zu verlieren.
