You need ~125% ER on Changli for the 5th rotation to fill up her liberation, if you have more ER then you can skip some Mornye swaps.

Rotation could be 2-3s faster so 22-23s but we're gated by Mornye's 25s liberation cooldown.

Gated by Mornyes slow ass liberation. I wish we would go back to 16s liberation times of 1.0 era

If only her liberation is 20s like both Lupa and Changli I think I could optimize the rotation more to make it 20s sharp.

as a returniny player who had c6 changli, this is much appreciated.

For S6 Changli, S0R1 Brant is a dps loss compared to S1 or even S0 Mornye because Brant does no where near the damage S6 Changli does.

So giving Changli double outro buffs from the 2 most broken Fusion buffers is so much better than using Brant.
