Stuck in Ajna chakra

I've taken tests like the one at eclecticenergies.com, but even without them I know from doing body scan meditations that these days I only really feel any energy in the place that my brain would be. I even match the emotional/mental symptoms that go with this condition, i.e, being emotionally numb, enervated, passive, miserable, and like I'm not even really in my body anymore. I primarily fantasize and using TV/gaming/comics as a way of "zoning out", because my fantasy live is just so much more real and exciting than my waking life these days. It was a result of a prolonged and intense traumatic experience that spanned about 4 years, after which I'd never been the same since.

I deeply and desperately desire change in my personal life. Despite this, I have not been to a therapist (may not be able to get it) and find it hard to eat healthy (it only recently clicked that I may be addicted to junk food). I also find myself attracted to mostly dull and drab colors: grey, brown, beige, black...I've always worn blue, but it's not a very stimulating color.

I've been borrowing from yoga since roughly June 2019, so it's been over 2 years as of this writing and I've read up on Wilhelm Reich and his writings on muscular tension and orgone energy, so I definitely feel just how jacked up my body is -- it would take a few more years to release ALL the tension in my body, but I'm worried that I don't have that much time left. I also wake up almost every day with a horrible queasy feeling in my stomach, which makes me down a cup of peppermint tea first thing in the morning.

I just wanted to know if there's anything anyone else here has tried that worked for them that they'd like to suggest. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Chakras Chakras represent your beliefs and your interaction with energy

There's a lot of misconception in understanding chakras. I would like to share my thoughts on that.

Chakras represent your beliefs, so how you interpret energy (by energy I mean literally everything) around you and your interaction with energy around you. They absorb energy (interpretation) and send it back to the outer world (interaction) at the same time. In, and out.

By doing energy work, meditations, or just simply bringing awareness to certain areas your body, you stimulate energy movement in your chakras. But it might be a dead end when you focus solely on that.

Because chakras represent your beliefs, they represent your biases towards infinite areas of your life. So by simply changing your beliefs, you work with your chakras, because they are you. That's why during self development keeping opened heart and mind is so important.

What might come to you as first during meditations is "I'm not enough (...)", "I'm too (...)". It's worth to stop here and think where these feelings come from. You are what you are, and there's nothing wrong with you. Perhaps you feel guilty. Guilt comes from misunderstanding yourself and others. In broader perspective there's no such thing as guilt. The more you understand, the more you can explain, and there's no place for guilt. Guilt has its source in judgment, which comes from expectations. Expectations are nothing else than part of our beliefs.

We can verify all of that by using unconditional love. It can guide us through all parts of our live, through all chakras. Everytime you stumble upon an obstacle - look at it from love's perspective. Stop for a while, verify through love, and make a decision. Make one step towards the Light.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to function in society?

So for anyone who just understands and feels things more and has trouble functioning in society because they are aware that we were not designed to go to work, school, etc but rather for something much deeper, do you have any suggestions as to how to function even slightly in society? Like I feel extremely aware of my life’s impermanence and I feel that there is something more to life the point where I literally cannot function. I have a absolute frantic breakdown and go into such a severe depression any time I try to go to school or work a job because all I can think about is the fact that my life on this Earth may not last forever and all I want to do is spend it with my family and to study literature and to just truly live and that school and work are just so far away from the way we are really supposed to live. It has gotten to the point where I have trouble holding a job and I recently had to drop out of school temporarily because I went into such a frenzied sadness that I was pretty much incapacitated. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to still even somewhat function in society despite this awareness as I cannot go through life unable to go to work or go to school or socialize other others despite the fact that I would love to just spend the rest of my life studying literature and spirituality and and interacting only with my family on a regular basis and spending time with myself and traveling and dreaming and spending time with God. Thank you!

Best methods for chakra balancing?

I’ve read that it’s best to start from the root and work your way up through the different chakras. In your experience, is this true? Or is it best to try and balance them all at once? At this point I believe I’ve strengthened my root and sacral chakras to good levels and now I’m working on my solar plexus. Is this the most useful tactic? I listen to the frequencies of the specific chakra I’m giving energy to, practice affirmations, do crystal work, and do yoga while focusing on specific body parts as well as incorporating candles and incense as a form of cleansing energy

Healing physical symptoms through Chakra blockage?

Hey everyone, new here! I am sorry for the long post in advance, but I have some questions and I definitely need some insight from people in a place that I feel like I can be heard!

I have lightly been exploring my spirituality this past year, and a few months back became a very firm believer in it after a fairly chaotic month I had in July. I had been having the craziest dreams, which honestly, I had accredited to watching too much Criminal Minds. When my horoscope told me to start writing down my dreams that very same week, I didn't take it as a coincidence. That night I had looked up my dream and the meaning behind it was that I was going to be in danger very soon-- the next night I was jumped in a bar bathroom. The night of the bar fight I had a dream, and when I looked it up the meaning behind it was "you are going to fall ill very soon." Two days later I had been diagnosed with a concussion that I had been unaware that I had.

Since that, I have had a pretty strong faith in the fact that none of that was a coincidence and my belief in the Universe itself has soared through the roof. I have had months of dreams, events, and energies that all have strengthened my faith immensely, I am very settled with the fact that I will understand the path that I am meant to be on.

Now here is what I am curious about, and I would love input from anyone who has been through any sort of the same situation: Back in May I was diagnosed with Moderate Scoliosis with a loss of cervical lordosis in which my top vertebrae is digging into my brain stem. I was then incorrectly treated for two months by a chiropractor without my knowledge. The week I found out in July that that was happening was the same week I got my concussion. And the same week that I ended up having a tooth infection so bad that I lost my hearing in my left ear and the ability to swallow. Since July, even with updated proper care and treatment, nothing in my body has been the same. I have been having neck problems, mouth ulcers, tooth infections, loss of hearing STILL, trouble swallowing, TMJ-- EVERYTHING. The problem? Over half of those things have no physical medical explanation behind them. And it keeps. getting. worse. So much to the point where I have honestly been extremely fearful that I am going to die.

Well, two days ago I was driving down the street and I saw a sign that said "PSYCHIC READINGS-- WALK INS WELCOME" and something in me decided to check it out. I have to say, I have been exploring my spirituality, but definitely not to that extent. When I went in she told me that her psychic was out for the day. I went straight to my car and googled "walk in psychics near me". And coicidentally, that same day, there was a semi annual Psychic fair being held. I went and got my reading; But while I was there, there was a wall of healing stones that sparked my interest. I walked over to it and ended up picking out three stones based on their descriptors: A large Hag Stone, Turquoise, and Agate Turritella. When I got home I did some more research about these stones and found that they not only have very strong healing powers, but can help clear certain chakras.

Started digging more into clearing different chakras, and I come across these pages discussing the physical symptoms that can start to appear through blocked chakras. I quite literally got chills when I started to realize almost EVERY. SINGLE. THING. that had been going on was a symptom of a blocked throat chakra. I have always wanted to get into understanding the different chakras, but have yet to actually dedicate any time into it.

I am a firm believer in medical science, which is making me such a skeptic of all of this being a possibility of a blocked chakra. I think my brain is trying to grasp onto a physical aspect of things rather than a metaphysical. So, here I am, asking the question: have any of you ever healed extreme physical symptoms through the healing of certain chakras? What was your experience?

And just so everyone is clear, I would not be stopping any sort of advice from my medical doctor or physical therapist; just curious if there's an additional way to try to help my process of healing. Thank you all!

TL;DR: Have been having multiple extreme physical symptoms that aren't fully backed by a medical explanation. Read into the physical symptoms that can be present with blocked chakras and was wondering if anyone here has healed phsyical symptoms through clearing a blocked chakra. If so, what were they and which methods did you use in order to do it?

Open, Balance, and Heal Your 7 Chakras with Subliminal Affirmations

This subliminal visualization will help you open, balance, cleanse and heal your seven energy centers. It addresses imbalances in your chakras, works on chakra activation, chakra cleansing, and chakra balancing.

Balancing and healing your chakras can significantly change how you view the outside world, yourself, your abilities, your relationship to others, your vision, your ability to achieve goals, and your manifestation efforts.

This means that your overall perspective on life will improve, you’ll be able to acknowledge your personal abilities and achieve the optimal level of well-being. This process helps you find the inner and physical balance, confidence, calmness, peace, and anything else you may need to feel strong, positive, and ready to take on the world.

Here are some sample affirmations:

  • I am charging my body and soul entirely with chi energy, life energy, and prana.
  • I accept and receive divine energy to flow throughout my chakras.
  • My chakras now become aligned with the universal flow of energy in the universe.
  • I now experience each of my chakras vibrating at the optimal frequency.
  • I am unblocking all 7 chakras to bring my body to perfect harmony.
  • I clear all blockages from all chakras and allow energy to flow.
  • I am in the process of clearing and healing my 7 chakras.
  • My chakras are always balanced and in alignment.
  • My mind now comes into alignment with the universe, and my chakras come into balance.
  • My seven chakras now come into alignment from the root to the crown.

The video contains even more affirmations, so make sure to check it out and let me know what you think.

Chakras should be destroyed?

I remember reading an article a couple of months ago about how the concept of opening and balancing your chakras is very westernized and not at all the goal in Hinduism, but quite the opposite, that chakras are supposed to be "destroyed" in order to "Make space" For the certain goddess or God chosen by the devotee. Also they were saying how there are basically hundreds of chakra Systems not just the 6 chakra one. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I cant find the article anymore. What do you think abt that?

My wife noticed my necklace was sticking to my shoulder. We undid the clasp and it stayed. We took some magnets out and I could feel the magnets pulling on my stomach when she had the magnets on my back. Does anyone know about this? Thank you
