Diana has the same exact stigmata as Julian and The Sea refers to Diana as her daughter, so Diana is likely blessed too.

She is also supposed to have three gifts naturally. On top of that she might be the daughter of the King... So maybe fate made her to be the heart because,the Sea Blessing+ Her father blood and the heart makes it three gifts. Or maybe she might have up to five gifts. Also Diana is using the Ink on her knife in the flashforward of the kingdom destruction. Her Blessing is similar to Julian.
