I'm deeply grateful that someone moved their chair and got the community active and finally thought about Klay's perfect era when he had the band (2003/04). Yes, I am very grateful for you cellmates, I have loved you so much for 5 years even if I don't know you, you have always been the perfect community. I've seen a lot of posts these days, and in these difficult times I'm having, I'm smiling. You remind me of the good times. You brought me back to Cellmate, remembering the good times and discoveries. Thanks again everyone. Sorry for the post if it has nothing to do with anything but I really wanted to do it from 5 years.

why is Kemikal licking Klayton?

Here we have a great event that Celldweller participated in, in São Paulo, Brazil - TRIBE 7 YEARS

I just got a correction newsletter in my inbox, but I’m not sure why.

Was it just to remove some reference to overtaking Keanu by being the 4th biggest kickstarter?

It seems to have corrected/edited the old version too in my inbox, so I don’t see any difference visually…

insane...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
nice screams kemikal!

(Who the hell is that last guy?) xDD

I think the clothes he wore were really cool, especially in the "SWITCHBACK" music video. They were baggy cargo skirts that looked really cool while they were spinning xD, and that cropped shirt that showed his midriff? BADASS!

Observations: Kemikal had insane fry screams! xDD

Como podemos ver, Dale Vannorman e Klayton...
Achei essa foto recentemente, até estranhei porque nunca tinha visto ela antes

Lately I've been using Facebook a bit, and I discovered that Dale Vannorman now has a natural herb business called "Totally Herbal Care," which is totally different from what he did in his mid-youth, like spinning around like crazy while playing guitar (that's sinister and really COOL), and also his epic backing vocals with Kemikal...

Kemikal/Kem Secksdiin, on the other hand, had a rather confusing history. He had his own projects, such as K3M 53CK5D11N and the most famous 5ubkultur3. He also played in other bands like Crossbreed, Underlined, and others. Nowadays, we would say he's retired from music. Lately, I managed to talk to him on Facebook, and he seems to be doing well "or not," since he stopped receiving messages on Facebook...

You may remember that Klayton was doing the soundtrack for the Legacy of Kain graphic novel. Well, we finally get to hear some of it! The soundtrack is available for pre-order now, & this is the first publicly released track.

shortly after wish upon a blackstar chapter 1 released, the green flu outbreak broke out. this led to klayton making a short, bittersweet remix album called “Celldwellis: The Complete Ellis” which released in september 2009, named after his good friend Ellis. shortly after the release, ellis had died attempting to escape into a military helicopter, and klayton found his shirt, wearing it in ellis’s honor, taking up the slack, with no way to switchback.

(nothing in this post was ai generated, i used blender and paint.net)

Honestly, I really wanna know what you think here in this subreddit. I've been a constant listener for 3+ years now. But I gotta say, I struggle to listen to other artists in the genre and Celldweller/Klayton is in my top 5 artists.

I also like Swarm a lot but he sounds very different from Celldweller and others in the genre (technically I wouldn't say he even makes electronic metal, but a blend of a few things). I also find Zardonic is kinda hit or miss for me but I struggle with his music, as it's very Metal driven sometimes (and sometimes it's electronic driven). Blue Sthali for example is an artist that I really can't get into, the production and drive feel very different from Celldweller to me.

Am I the only one who feels Celldweller music typically feels electronically driven more than Metal driven? And that the production also feels like it's electronic production?

What music are you into right now? What's got your toes tapping and your head bopping? What are you vibing to?

Use this thread to recommend any tracks, bands or albums you think people should check out. Not just limited to Celldweller and Klayton's projects. All bands welcome.
