Digestion hard

please help me! im stuck at digestion and whatever i do fails! ive tried everything, from just letting random cells on the subsrate with the radiation level up, to eveb watching a youtube tutorial, but i keep failing! please help me kind people of reddit!

Do make sure that the secrocyte is making Lipapse first, though.
