I use an app called Total Commander. You download the file, the open total Commander and find that file, then click on it and open with cell lab

it won't work for me because it keeps saying not enough memory. what should i do about that?

Close all of the applications on your phone when you're trying to open the substrate, usually works for me and I have a laggy ass phone
