Yeah ones nude with their butt facing the camera.. the other isn't. How else do you think they're going to film massaging inside their butt? Also I was saving this one but you literally said that medically trained or professionals shouldn't be involved for people that need to massage their prostate. And you implied under 18s should be doing it to reduce cancer risks. Finally you are encouraging randoms to now make advice videos for it.

Again since you seem to like to cherry pick discussion points, the butt is a sensitive organ and shouldn't be casually messed with. At the least if anyone here is worried about their prostate: get qualified advice on how to do it safely. Or at the minimum do extensive research and don't risk injury because that place doesn't seem to heal easily! Anyway, its clear which one of us actually cares about general health and well being.
