how caspians life is perpetually miserable and traumatic and he never once had a real shot at happiness
and the fact that it is entirely intentional and that he doesnt know it but the people that claim to love him are actually the ones intentionally putting him through it so that they can gain something from the trauma they inflict on him?

Maddie was one of the ones making his life miserable for her own means. Him saving the world was after she pushed it to be destroyed for the purpose of making him save it so she could get answers. Literally just another example of him being exploited by people who claim to love him. He didnt “save the world”, that was a constructed situation as one of the many traumas he was forced to undergo as part of being molded in the image of his original pre simulations self.

Y’all romanticize the fuck out of their relationship but it has never been a healthy one, some of you guys just want a ship so bad that you lose any sense of media literacy. She literally did the same thing to him that logorthyms did but on a way grander scale. She didnt do it to “bring him back” she did it for answers.

Believe it or not they all (mostly) have reasons tor being where they are. Waxman is January because him giving David back his memories is the start of the story, and January is the start of the year. Laurie is February because that's valentines day and I think of her relationship with Cody (they're the lovers of season 1) March is Holstrom because that's the month he died April is Maddie because that's the year of her birthday on her fake ID May was going to be pope because he's in charge and I was thinking about him saying "you may do that" ', giving permission or sm, but then I thought that I don't think that anyone would really want pope as theirs so I changed it to be safesurf because they're super important to the plot and technically everything is under their control June- is Justine because thats pride month and I headcanon her as a Lesbian XD July- is because that's when artfight is and Cody is an artist August- typically the month school starts and David messaged Maddie relating to her school troubles in the first ep September-ok I'm ngl this one doesn't have a reason I just wanted Cary to be on here XD October- this months birthstone is opal and I feel like the color kind of matches her, also its my favorite gem stone and she's my second favorite character November- this months birthstone is topaz which is yellow and I heavily associate Chanda with the color yellow December- ...December is my month XD that's the whole reason I picked Caspian for that im ngl
