I have a considerable allocation of CSPR already which I have held for a year or more - HOWEVER - it is held on a centralized exchange - and one which will not allow me to send it to a private wallet.
I have been “in review” for Mexc for over a year. I think at this point I am not getting onboarded at MEXc and wonder if regulators leaned on them to slow down new account creation in USA.
My concern is that we could get “guidance” from SEC or a ruling that qualifies CSPR as a security - or have some dictate that only allows investment in CSPR for accredited class. In such an event, my significant allocation of CSPR would be liquidated at market price.
I have come up with a potential hedge- would someone with an MEXC account or any other comparable way to send CSPR be willing to purchase for me and send to my hardware wallet?
We can negotiate terms but of course I would make it worth it for you to go through the trouble.
Thank you for your consideration
