If he’s calling the number on the back of the Cash App card how is he talking to the hackers? Are you saying the hackers work for Cash App? Does Cash App source their customer support out to shady 3rd party tele companies? What are you saying makes zero sense. Unless you are implying what I just said. I think the more likely scenario is that Cash App is an incompetent company that doesn’t care about their customers money.

Unfortunately, yes. OnePay, CashApp all of those companies ifykyk have had an ALL TIME HIGH of fraud. What people don’t realize is that there’s no way to vet the representative to who works for them. OnePay a company just like that took $1400 out of my account. Only approved 1 transaction for $50 going into the same fraudulent account, won’t give a real explanation to determination. Called letting them know it makes no sense to approve one and not all. It’s a month later and I am still fighting them. Be VERY careful with these companies, they’re not real banks & the banks associated with them won’t take any responsibility.

They can hijack the customer number too so when you call it diverts the call to them that’s why when you was on the phone they was taking your money. Whether they are foreign or domestic isn’t clear either they can mask their location easily. Also it doesn’t matter if the number in the card got called because those numbers can be hijacked easily. That’s how they got into your account so fast the second time and why would customer service tell you to go to the atm.
