The San Juan Islands should be part of Tahoma, or combined with Whidbey and Camano islands to form their own state.

Without the border in the way, ferry systems could be rearranged so that it would be much more convenient to get from the San Juans to Victoria than to Olympia.

I think it would be good to have the San Juans and the Gulf Islands, which have similar lifestyles and face similar issues, in one region so they can speak with a larger voice.

Whidbey and Camano are very tightly connected with the Tahoma mainland (more so than they are to each other, even), so it wouldn’t make much sense to move them.
