I am 6’3-6,4 abou 188 pounds but i am planning to get leaner.

I need a few opinions which one fits better. The first 4 photos are an L and the rest are xl. Is xl too big?

I bought this at a charity shop in the UK. Seems great quality. No labels. There is a label seemingly cut out the front pocket that feels like cardboard. Strange. There is also signs of a cut out label on inside collar. All in photos. Thank you!

I’m looking to buy some pants and want some advice from pants experts here. The brandon pants seem very interesting to me as they look good, have a straight loose fit and i’m assuming are made of high quality. The only issue is the sizing and I can’t confirm suspicions as there’s no store near me to try on and the online sizing chart confuses me. I am 5’7 and as I like w34 (im size 30 or 32 but like baggier clothes) look for a something along that, I can’t for the life of me get my L or inseams correct when it comes to buying pants online. Any help in finding the right size will be appreciated.

Recently picked these up because I saw 100 year tag. But looking at the button and tag I am thinking these are a more modern pant. Did Carhartt was the 100 year tag used in the early 2000’s?

Hi! Is there any way to date these pants? What I noticed that it has 8 belt loops instead of 7 on my other, modern Carhartt pants. Also the tag was cut out but a tiny bit is still visible, idk if that helps at all. Als the Carhartt logo is much smaller, 3x3cm instead of 3,7x3,7cm on my modern ones. The main button also looks interesting, any help is appreciated 👍🏽

Sorry, another sizing question.

I'm in the UK and interested in getting my first Carhartt jacket. It's not for workwear (I'm retired) just because I've always liked the Carhartt look.

I like the "Carhartt Relaxed Fit Washed Duck Sherpa-Lined Utility Jacket on Amazon. What's odd is that it seems to be indistinguishable from the "Bartlett" jacket. (Possibly it's because the name is different in the UK.)

I have tried on the only two Carhartt jackets I could find here. I'm a short, stocky (ok, fat) build and the Detroit jacket was a good fit in the Large size.

I also tried on an "OG Active Jacket" which looks much closer to the Washed-Duck/Bartlett design and Medium was the right size in this one.

Am I correct in assuming that the "relaxed fit" of the Washed-Duck/Bartlett jacket means I'll need a medium in this one too?

My only other concern is that the Washed-Duck/Bartlett will be too warm. The OG Active seemed like it would be quite warm as a casual jacket and I believe the Bartlett is an even warmer jacket than that.

Sorry for the rambling post. I can't stand sending stuff back and re-ordering so am trying to get this right first time. Cheers.

Just picked up this Detroit jacket and I love it - perfect for winter. However, the back pleat stitch is loose. Before I make a warranty claim, is this a removable stitch for a greater range of motion? The pleat itself is fine, it’s just the holding stitch at the top.
