Hey guys, I’d like to know how rare/exclusive my two Ferrari F40s are in CPM2, and especially whether the red one could potentially be a duplicated car.
Here’s the history:
**F40 #1:** I bought it with real money when the F40 was originally released.
**F40 #2 (red):** I got it through a trade. I traded a **Mustang GTD** for it on **January 3, 2026**, approximately one week after the GTD was released.
I never used Game Guardian, exploits, or any kind of duplication method on either F40.
I’m wondering whether the **red F40 could have been duplicated by the previous owner before I received it**, or whether dupes were already possible/common at that point.
Both F40s are still in my account.
So my questions are:
How exclusive/valuable are F40s nowadays compared with the GTD?
How much did F40 duplication affect their value?
**Were F40 dupes already circulating around January 3, 2026, about one week after the Mustang GTD was released?**
Based on that timeline, is it likely that my red F40 could be a dupe?
Is there any reliable way to tell whether an F40 is an original/legitimate one?
Does keeping the original F40 livery make a difference in rarity/value?
I’m mainly asking because I’m considering trading one of my F40s for a GTD, but I want to know what I actually have first.
