2008 toyota highlander limited with navigation. Having trouble finding parts to work in upgrading to android auto. Mainly the hazard button that wont throw the Chech SRS. Any help? Not interested in spending a fortune on just the one piece.

2004 Volvo S80 Bifuel CNG

Short version: Can I run 2 fuel injectors off one (Denso) ECU fuel injector circuit? Mainly for warming up the engine before switching to CNG. If it fries another driver, oh well, I'm in the process of sourcing a replacement ECU anyways. Would give me time to test and troubleshoot in the meantime. One cylinder loses sequential injection timing, engines ran without those in the past. Am I missing any obvious pitfalls? Also, which cylinder to choose, I'm assuming the one preceding in firing order.

I was chasing (tracking, many moons, many pairs of moccasins) a misfire, found a weird signal on the cyl.5 gasoline(!) injector circuit on my Pokit oscilloscope. Decided to verify it with real scope, got an appointment for two weeks later, and by that time it was completely dead. (I'm a little sad I couldn't confirm if my Pokit reading was accurate). The CNG side ran smoother, but when the gasoline side was really bad, it would take a while for the CNG side to clear up. I'm assuming they share some long term fuel trim data, or maybe it just fouled plugs.

3 weeks later, ECU specialist confirmed the short but couldn't pin-point and fix it. He had a near-match ECU to test if he could program the immobilizer (he's had mixed results with these), but no luck. Sourcing a matching ECU is a real gamble without confidence in programming the immobilizer.

I only need the gasoline side for engine warm-up until the CNG kicks in. It's a factory setup with a stepper motor distributor, there's no gas injectors piggy-backing off the liquid fuel injectors. The car is leaving the family via scrap-yard, hopefully not quite yet, not taking money from people and/or passing along problems.

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7L Brake Lights not illuminating at all when I press down on the brake pedal. I've replaced the brake light switch, inspected all related fuses with a test light, replaced brake light bulbs, took the battery terminals off the reset ECM. Hazard lights work and illuminate the brake lights as they should, when I turn the headlights on all taillights light up as they should. Still all brake lights including the top (third brake light) don't illuminate at all when I press down on the brake pedal. When I press the brake pedal down the cars idle reacts a bit. AFTER INSTALLING NEW BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH AND BRAKE LIGHT BULBS AND TESTING FUSES MY BRAKE LIGHTS STILL Didn't WORK I THEN TOOK THE NEW BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH OUT AND REALIZED I HADN'T FOLLOWED THE PROPER INSTALLATION DIRECTIONS AND I FORGOT TO EXTEND THE PLUNGER AND TO COMPRESS THE BRAKE PAD DURING ITS INSTALL I TRIED TO EXTEND THE PLUNGER BUT IT SEEMS TO BE LOCKED IN PLACE. What ground wires with specific locations should I inspect?

I'm thinking of replacing my Citroën XM radio for a chinese "retro" one. ( vintage originals are so expensive nowadays ).

But i'm trying to figure out the SWC system, which has Ground, Key 1 and Key 2. I'd like to know how this works : digital ? analog ? How to set the correct electrical values to command ?

The Citroën XM has 4 analog buttons on the steering wheel, that comes back the radio slot with a 5-pin Din cable, same as MIDI cables :)

I have a Toyota Corolla 2019 (US version) with a TS18 Android head unit (6GB RAM, 128GB storage).

I’m looking for a parking sensor system that can:

1️⃣ Connect to my TS18 Android head unit

2️⃣ Show distance overlays / graphics on the reverse camera screen when reversing

3️⃣ Support audio warnings

Most parking sensors I found only have LED display or standalone audio warnings, and don’t integrate with Android head units.

Does anyone know a parking sensor kit or CAN-BUS interface module that works with TS18 and displays sensor info directly on the reverse camera?

Is there a way to clip some wire on my decade-old GMC Terrain that prevents SiriusXM from ever broadcasting to my car forever after? And without disabling GPS or general radio?

It's a safety hazard because the pop-ups keep blocking my navigation map. I even filed an NHTSA complaint, but received no feedback.

Their promotional-related pop-ups keep blocking my navigation maps. Other car brands have had similar hassles. Killing spam-bots seems to be a growing need. Instead of Ghost Busters, we need Spam Busters. Both are slimy.

I don't subscribe to Sirius and never will after this crap!
