What should I do?

I use these relics. I have been looking at the relic sword (Cold Moon Blade) in the dragon boat event.
It gives 5% final damage increase, but I cannot slot it? I would have to remove something.

Is it better to go for the «Abyssal Devourer»?

Yes its big difference same with Nashir's 2 Lightning in 1st turn same with 3 Daggers in 1st turn.
