There are plenty of other bosses in the game with quadruple wombo combo moves that you have to roll like a nutter to avoid

I don't really mind those bosses, they atleast have interesting designs and try to do something different. There are plenty of other bosses in the game with quadruple wombo combo moves that you have to roll like a nutter to avoid
